I love it, but the last time I used it, I lost the screw top part that holds the frosting tip on. I hate to have to buy a whole new one. Hmmm, it says that there is a 2 year guarantee on this item at pamperedchef. I would call customer service and ask about it. I'm a PC consultant. If you bought it within the 2 year period it does have a warranty. You will need to know your host's name and they can look up your purchase. You will have to pay shipping but if it's covered they will probably replace it for you. To the pp- the two year guarantee does not cover loss of parts. I sell pampered chef, loss is not covered, sorry. Sorry I thought you said broke. Yeah but if they have the replacement ring, it will be cheap. But if you have any playtex drop in bottles, try that ring. Or any bottle rings. I could have sworn learning they fit.
